1 bag of frozen perogies
1/2 chopped onion
butter
Cook perogies as per instruction package. Bring to boil and simmer for 5 mins until perogies float to the top. Meanwhile in a non-stick frying pan, melt butter and fry onions til lightly brown. Remove perogies with a slotted spoon and add to the pan to pan fry. Enjoy with a generous dollop of sour cream!
