October Brown Bag Lunch Challenge: Smoothie Breakfast

Why do brown bag lunches?  To save money and to be healthy.  What I realized this week is that if I make a great lunch but I have to buy my breakfast, or skip breakfast, that doesn't help.  So I will have leftovers for lunch but I also decided to try something new by having a good start to my day with a breakfast on the go.  I don't have much time in the morning so I am making this smoothie the night before.  If a smoothie can last in my cooler when I go camping overnight, I'm sure it can last in my fridge overnight.

Smoothie
1 banana
1/2 - 1 cup frozen strawberries and grapes (or fruit of your choice)
1 cup orange juice (or til it will blend smoothly)
Blend all together til smooth.
