*1 small carton of yogurt (with probiotics - great good bacteria for your stomach)
*handful of homemade granola (this includes almonds and seeds which have your protein)
*handful of fresh raspberries
This is quick and easy and tastes delicious with the homemade granola. It also has your basic food groups from the Canada Food Guide.
Yogurt - milk product
Granola - grain (oats) and nuts (meat and alternatives)
Raspberries - fruit serving
