Easy Recipe: Homemade Strawberry Jam

What do you do with strawberries that aren't as fresh as you'd like?
Answer:  Make homemade strawberry jam!
I never knew it was this easy to make cooked strawberry jam from scratch.

3 Simple Ingredients:  strawberries, lemon, sugar.

Three easy steps: 
1) Put equal amounts of strawberry and sugar in a pot in the fridge (squeeze lemon juice over mixture).  Let sit in the fridge overnight.
2) Take out your pot and boil on the stove for 30 - 40 minutes.
3) Pour into jars.  Let sit overnight.  ENJOY for breakfast the next morning.

Benefits:  You can make it in small batches.  It's gluten free.  Yummy!
