Today I discovered the
Food Network's Brown Bag Challenge. The goal is to bring healthy lunches to work everyday for the month of September. I thought this was a great way to get me back in the kitchen again. In the summer I was cheating by having salads, berries, cheese and not cooking until my niece told me that I wasn't having balanced meals. I'm hoping this challenge will inspire me in the kitchen, help me save money, and learn how to create balanced lunches I can be proud of.
