Easy Recipe: Steak with Mushroom Sauce Dinner

What's for dinner tonight?  I used to call these main dish plates my three-course meals.  Alert!  Just because there are three things on the plate, it is not a three course meal.  This is a one course meal; otherwise called a balanced main dish or entree.

Steak and Mushroom Sauce - Chop two sirloin steaks into chunks.  Fry in medium high pan til brown.  Add balsalmic fig and maple marinade with beef marinade.  Remove from pan.  Cook 1/2 chopped onion and 4-6 sliced mushrooms in a fry pan in sauce for 10 minutes.  Option to add handful of chopped parsley.  Add steak back to pan and coat in mushroom sauce.

Egg Noodle Pasta - Bring a pot of water to a boil on the stove, add a dash of salt and 1/4 package of broad egg noodles.   Cook for as long as package says - may vary with brand (~10 mins).

Swiss Chard - Chop 2 extra large or 4 medium size swiss chard.  Saute swiss chard in large pan or wok with a drizzle of olive oil.  Add 1/4 cup of chicken broth and season with garlic salt and pepper.
