Jamie's Ministry of Food - Everyday Green Chopped Salad

Jamie Oliver makes eating salad and greens much easier with the chopped salad. The fun part is that I think no matter what you decide to put in the salad, it will come out refreshingly brilliant.



My first chopped salad included 5 green leaf lettuce, 1/2 chopped cucumber, 1 green onion, fresh basil, 1 avocado. That's all I had in the fridge. No cheese. I dressed it with a lemon and olive oil dressing with fresh ground pepper and salt. This was a green chopped salad but tasted wonderful.
