Microwave one cup of milk for 1 - 2 minutes. Put 3 tablespoons of heaping hot chocolate to the milk and stir well. Then it's the final touch with a shot of Carolan's Irish Cream. That will give it a nice chocolately, smooth finish. It is delightful. Easy to make for one. Curl up on the couch and watch your favourite TV show .
