Don't want to have several spices that you will only use once? Then don't cook from scratch, but President's Choice Butter Chicken Sauce in a jar.
First you want to start your rice - if you have a rice cooker then you are lucky! If not, a pot and water works wonders.
While the rice is cooking, I chopped one chicken breast into bite size pieces and saute it in a large frying pan. Then I added the jar of butter chicken sauce and simmered on low for 20 mins.
Optional: Add frozen peas to the sauce (I cooked peas first in the microwave).
