Japanese Chicken Wings

Ingredients:
3 pounds chicken wings
1 cup all-purpose flour for coating
salt, pepper for seasoning

Sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons water
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup white vinegar or white wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, or fresh pressed
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Season chicken wingettes and drummettes with salt and pepper.  Toss in flour.  Bake in pan for 35 - 40 mins til done.


3. In a small bowl combine soy sauce, water, sugar, vinegar, garlic powder and salt. Pour over wings.
4. Decrease oven to 350 degrees F.  Bake in oven for 30 to 45 minutes til done, basting wings with sauce often.
