Ingredients:
3 pounds chicken wings 1 cup all-purpose flour for coating salt, pepper for seasoning | Sauce 3 tablespoons soy sauce 3 tablespoons water 1 cup white sugar 1/2 cup white vinegar or white wine vinegar 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, or fresh pressed |
Directions:
1. | Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. |
2. | Season chicken wingettes and drummettes with salt and pepper. Toss in flour. Bake in pan for 35 - 40 mins til done. |
3. | In a small bowl combine soy sauce, water, sugar, vinegar, garlic powder and salt. Pour over wings. |
4. | Decrease oven to 350 degrees F. Bake in oven for 30 to 45 minutes til done, basting wings with sauce often. |
