Old Fashioned Mac and Cheese

It's time for comfort food as it gets colder. I love this Mac and Cheese from Rose Reisman because it's lighter in calories. You make the cheese sauce with part stock and milk.  The sauce isn't pudding thick but you don't need it to be.  Once it is mixed with the macaroni, it has a nice, saucy texture.  It's a simple and fast recipe to master.
